Phase 2

Approval of our Phase 1 and Phase 2 plan states the “Jain Center will endeavor to commence construction of Phase 2 within 6 months after the completion of Phase 1”. As indicated earlier, Phase 2 will include completion of the remaining portion of the Prayer Hall Building containing the assembly hall, Pathshala rooms, dining hall, audio/video room and library; and the caretaker house. The total area of the Phase 2 of the project is about 34,000 square feet. Design of Phase 1 will include the necessary provisions to make the Prayer Hall wing expandable. Schedule for starting the detailed design of Phase 2 is not established at this time.
