• What are my responsibilities?
  One can contact anyone of the above mentioned individual and understand all the formalities that you have to fulfill before and after the event.

• What shall I bring?
  Based on the event you are sponsoring, you might be asked to bring things necessary for the event and also food if you are hosting Swami Vatsalya. This can be known in depth when one contacts one of the individual mentioned above.

• How do I make food arrangements?

• How to estimate # of people / attendees?
  It depends on the event. If it is a private affair, then it depends on the number one invites plus about 10-20 other members.
